End-user license agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of MRM True Time (the “Software”) as provided by the organization that operates your deployment. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Subject to this Agreement and your organization’s rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your organization’s internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must not use the Software to violate law, misuse others’ data, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, or attempt to access data or features you are not permitted to use.

Third-party services

Optional integrations (for example QuickBooks Online) are subject to the third party’s terms and policies. Your organization controls whether those integrations are enabled.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. YOUR ORGANIZATION AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SOFTWARE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTING, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER YOUR ORGANIZATION NOR ITS LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
