Privacy policy
This policy describes how MRM True Time (“we”, “the application”) processes information when your organization deploys and uses the service. Your organization is responsible for configuring access and for any additional notices it provides to end users.
Information we process
The application processes data you and your users enter or generate in the product, including account identifiers (such as email), profile and role information, time and activity records, customer and billing metadata, and files or exports produced through normal use.
QuickBooks Online (optional integration)
If your organization connects QuickBooks Online, we process OAuth tokens and company identifiers needed to call Intuit’s APIs on your behalf (for example to create invoices or resolve customers and items). Tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We do not sell QuickBooks data to third parties.
Cookies and sessions
Signed-in sessions use HTTP cookies managed by the application’s authentication layer. In production, cookies are configured for secure delivery over HTTPS where applicable.
Hosting and subprocessors
Data is stored and processed on infrastructure your organization chooses (for example your cloud provider or servers). Operational logs may be generated on those systems for security and troubleshooting.
Retention
Records are retained according to your organization’s policies and technical configuration (including backups). Contact your administrator for access, correction, export, or deletion requests.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes should be reviewed with your legal counsel.
